Family
Carmen and her family moved to New Rochelle from Queens in 2018. Her husband is an R.N. at a Burn Center ICU. They have one child attending Trinity Elementary School and one child attending Isaac E. Young Middle School. Carmen was raised by an educator; her dad was a middle school band director for nearly 30 years.
